Son of Old King Coel, successor to the Padstow Kingdom. He finds importance in his authority and hates to show his weakness to others. His mental immaturity dictates whatever that comes to mind without thinking first.

Meleagant is the son of Coel, who ruled Padstow until he abdicated and allowed Prince Lance to take the throne.
